American Studies Advising Center
The American Studies Advising Center is an online resource for American Studies majors at the University of Maryland College Park. It is designed to be a resource center, a meeting space and a personal workspace where students can learn about themselves and American Studies while reflecting upon their undergraduate career from the time they declare a major until they graduate. It supports AMST 200, a 1-credit orientation course, taken the first full semester after a student officially declares a major in American Studies. Students can register for additional credits to update their online portfolios and develop web-based independent projects.
Here is what you will find here:

The American Studies Advising Center is the work of Jo Paoletti and many, many helpful people, with financial support from the Center for Teaching Excellence.
